Postural, Biomechanical and Gait Assessment
Please create a comprehensive and highly detailed postural assessment report that includes an analysis of postural deviations, associated muscular imbalances, the specific muscles involved, and underlying biomechanical deviations. The report should clearly explain how the identified deviations are related to the patient’s health condition.
Please create a postural assessment report which can be handed over to patient using below information. It should include muscular imbalances, muscles involved, biomechanical deviations and corrective exercises. It is important to consider patient age, patient medical conditions exisiting as well as previous while developing the report. Should include how this postural deviations realated to the health condition of the patient
